BokaNerja is a fully registered and insured Spanish travel agency.

Protection according to the EU Package and Travel Guarantee Act is included. We are a Spanish registered travel agency with a majorist / minorist license incl. the insurance required. We also follow decisions from the Swedish ARN (General Complaints Board)

Registration number is CIAN 296128-3 and the number is a guarantee that we meet all rules and conditions.

There are very strict requirements for travel agencies in Spain and there are constant follow-ups from authorities that we still meet the requirements that were set and which was a prerequisite for us to start the company at all. These include security for customers in all possible situations and the authorities set requirements for high insurance that covers possible events in the same way as travel guarantees through Kammarkollegium in Sweden. For example, you are protected if BokaNerja goes bankrupt.

On the other hand, there is neither reason nor opportunity for a Spanish company to have an agreement with the Swedish Chamber of Deputies to fulfill the Swedish regulations for travel guarantees in Sweden. Of course, this only applies to Swedish companies, and the Spanish insurances correspond to this protection.
